Refund policy

 

You can request an exchange for the same product within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives broken, damaged, or missing any items.

Please Note: An unboxing/opening video (from sealed package to product) is required for verification & approval before processing your exchange.

Items must be returned unused, in their original, un-damaged packaging. We do not accept exchange on personalized items unless faulty. Please contact care@learnitotoys.com for more information before starting your return.

Providing the item meets the exchange requirements (see above), Learnito Toys will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items.

Refunds will only be issued for the value of the item returned. This will be credited to you via your original method of payment within 7 days of receipt of the returned items.
