Delivery

Default standard packaging includes protective bubble wrap only – no fancy gift boxes or paper inserts.

Shipping:

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours, though rare exceptions may cause slight delays.

Orders are shipped within India, and the expected delivery date is between 1 to 7 days after dispatch, depending on the location. Delivery may rarely be delayed due to courier issues.

Customers will receive delivery details via SMS or email.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched from Delhi NCR. The general delivery timeline is as below:

For North India, orders are generally delivered within 2 to 3 business days of dispatch, except for very remote areas.
For South India and other regions, orders typically take a minimum of 5 to 7 business working days for delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout from care@learnitotoys.com. Please ensure you check your spam folder if you do not see the email. You can track your package using the India Post website with the tracking ID provided.

Important Note:

The tracking website will only update once the parcel reaches the next destination. If your parcel appears to be stuck at a specific location for an extended period, this may be because the website has not yet updated. We request that customers regularly check their tracking to ensure the parcel is moving as expected. If you notice any issues—such as the parcel being returned due to an incorrect address, routed incorrectly, or a delivery attempt failure (e.g., door closed or recipient unavailable)—please contact Learnito Toys immediately at care@learnitotoys.com so that we can raise a complaint and take appropriate action.
